Check out British classic cars from The Queen's English

Mon, 28 Apr 2014

Some years, they get real English weather at The Queen's English car show, a gathering of the Empire's best (and few still running) British cars. Even though it's held in Van Nuys, in sunny Southern California, it has been rained out three of the last six or so years, with only a handful of hearty Land Rovers showing up and peeping out of their SUVs beneath bumbershoots. BMW Concept Active Tourer [w/Gallery]

Fri, 14 Sep 2012

BMW will be presenting its new concept, the BMW Concept Active Tourer, at this month's Paris motor show as part of the ongoing development of the BMW brand and its model range. With a length of 4,350 mm, a width of 1,834mm and a height of 1,560mm, the wedge-shaped BMW Concept Active Tourer targets the premium market along with families, and because of the car's long wheelbase of 2,670mm and a high roofline it allows for a spacious interior. The car's front face features the signature front-tilted BMW radiator grille and wraparound headlamps with two large air inlets underneath, designed to emphasize the car's width.

GM recalls ATS, XTS and Impala for brake lamp fix

Thu, 06 Jun 2013

Cadillac's 2013 ATS and 2013 XTS and the 2014 Chevrolet Impala are being recalled by General Motors because of a potential problem with the brake lamps. The National Highway Traffic Safety Association reports that the brake lamps may "intermittently flash without the brakes being applied, and the cruise control may disengage." The report states this could cause a crash if the following driver isn't warned to adjust vehicle speed. The recall impacts 1,627 copies of the sedans, and comes just two months after the new Chevy Impalas began rolling off production lines.
